TRC amends loan, changing 10-K delivery deadline

New York, Jan. 8 - TRC Cos. Inc. amended its credit facility, changing the delivery date for its fiscal 2006 10-K to Jan. 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The amendment was completed on Dec. 29.

Wells Fargo Foothill Inc. is the administrative agent on the deal.

TRC is a Windsor, Conn.-based company engaged in the creation and implementation of services for the environmental, energy, infrastructure and security markets.
