New York, Oct. 9 - Toyota Motor Credit Corp. priced $106.5 million in two-year floating-rate senior notes at par to yield three-month Libor plus 10 basis points, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aa1/AA/) are non-callable and have interest paid quarterly.
Agents were Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and UBS Securities LLC.
The U.S. funding arm of Toyota is based in Torrance, Calif.
