Omaha, Feb. 20 - Toyota Motor Credit Corp. priced $170 million two-year floating-rate medium-term notes Wednesday at par to yield three-month Libor plus 3 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are non-callable.
Interest is payable quarterly.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the agent.
The U.S. arm of Toyota Financial Services is based in Torrance, Calif.
