New Issue: TD Bank prices $500,000 digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 26 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $500,000 of 0% digital index-linked notes due March 18, 2026linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,240 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
