Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 2 – Toronto Hydro Corp. announced on Tuesday that it sold C$200 million of 4.08% 30-year series 10 senior debentures.
TD Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. were the lead managers.
The proceeds will be used to repay certain existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
Toronto Hydro is a city-owned holding company that operates electric and street lighting units.
