San Diego, April 30 - Bank of Nova Scotia priced $4.46 million of series A participation notes due May 17, 2013 linked to the Topix index, according to an SUPPL filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 100.7% of par.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index return is negative, investors will receive less than par.
Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter with Goldman Sachs & Co. as dealer.
