Thomson Reuters shareholders led by ValueAct buy more shares for 6.4% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 26 - Investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP bought 477,000 shares of Thomson Reuters plc between Oct. 6 and Oct. 10 at prices from $18.39 to $20.21 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ValueAct purchased 5,549,653 shares of Thomson Reuters between Aug. 5 and Oct. 1 at prices from $22.18 to $29.48 each, a prior SEC filing said.

ValueAct beneficially owns approximately 11.45 million shares, or 6.4%, of the New York information services company.
