Korea's Hynix to redeem all 7 7/8% senior notes due 2017 at 103.938

Madison, Wis., May 25 - SK Hynix Inc., formerly Hynix Semiconductor Inc., gave notice that it will redeem all of its outstanding 7 7/8% senior notes due 2017 on June 27.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.938 plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The Icheon, South Korea, maker of semiconductor memories originally issued $500 million of the 7 7/8% notes in 2007.
