Student Transportation calls all 14% subordinated notes at 105

Milwaukee, Nov. 23 - Student Transportation of America ULC gave notice that, as previously announced, it will redeem all $35,758,409.76 of its outstanding 14% subordinated notes on Dec. 21.

The notes will be redeemed at 105 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Based in Barrie, Ont., Student Transportation of America is a provider of school bus transportation services.
