ITV announces repurchase of €59.95 million in 4.75% notes due 2011

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 16 - ITV plc said it bought back €59.95 million of its 4.75% notes due 2011, which have paid a 6% coupon since October 2008.

There is €171,663,000 of the notes remaining outstanding.

ITV is a London-based television broadcaster.
