Intelsat to redeem $915 million of 11½%/12½% senior PIK election notes

Minneapolis, March 6 - Intelsat SA plans to redeem $915 million of its 11½%/12½% senior PIK election notes due 2017, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.75 plus accrued interest on April 5.

Intelsat is a Luxembourg-based provider of satellite services.
