Moody's rates TCS notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a foreign-currency senior debt rating of B2 to the $175 million of loan participation notes issued by TCS Finance Ltd. for the purpose of financing a loan to CJSC Tinkoff Credit Systems Bank.

The outlook is stable.

The B2 rating of the notes is based on the fundamental credit quality of the underlying obligor Tinkoff Credit, rated B2/Not Prime/E+ with a stable outlook, the agency said.
