New Issue: Georgia’s TBC Bank prices $300 million five-year notes at 98.934

Morgantown, W.Va., June 13 – JSC TBC Bank priced $300 million of five-year senior notes (expected ratings: Ba2//BB-) at 98.934, according to a regulatory notice.

Other pricing details were not disclosed.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were sold via bookrunners JPMorgan, Renaissance Capital, UBS and TBC Capital.

The lender is based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
