New York, March 22 - Tara Gold Resources Corp. settled a private placement for $2,519,600 on behalf of subsidiary Tara Minerals Corp.
The company sold 5,039,200 shares at $0.50 each to a group of private investors.
Proceeds will be used for the advancement of the company's projects.
Based in Chicago, Tara is a gold and precious metals exploration company.
