New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.25 million capped notes linked to S&P Futures
New York, April 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.25 million of 0% capped notes due April 14, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index, capped at par plus 33.5%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
