Buffalo, N.Y., June 3 – SGSP (Australia) Assets Pty. Ltd. sold HK$900 million of 1.44% notes due Jan. 4, 2027, according to a listing notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Ltd.
The lead manager and bookrunner is Westpac Banking Corp.
The listing is expected to become effective on June 4.
The issuer is a subsidiary of State Grid International Development Australia Investment Co. Ltd. and Singapore Power International Pte Ltd. SGSP’s operating businesses are Jemena, which owns and operates a portfolio of energy assets, and Zinfra, which provides utility services.
