New Issue: Singapore’s SP Group prices $600 million 3 3/8% notes due 2029

New York, Feb. 27 – SP Group Treasury Pte, Ltd., a subsidiary of SP Group, priced $600 million of 3 3/8% senior notes due 2029, according to an announcement.

BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. and Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte. are lead managers and bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

The company is a government-owned power company in Singapore.
