New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.5 million step-up autocalls on S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% step-up autocallable notes due Nov. 10, 2025 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 5% if the index closes above its call threshold on any annual call date. The threshold will be 100.75% of the initial level and will step up by 75 basis points each subsequent year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
