Olympia, Wash., May 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $15,000 of 0% notes due Oct. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any index gain. Investors will be exposed to the index’s decline, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
