Thailand’s Superblock eyes up to 36 billion baht debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., March 1 – Superblock PCL is proposing to issue up to 36 billion of debentures.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming meeting.

Proceeds will be used for normal operations, to repay loans, for investments or for working capital.

The electricity distributor is based in Bangkok.
