SiteOne Landscape amends credit agreement to shift to SOFR

New York, March 28 – SiteOne Landscape Supply Holding LLC amended its credit agreement to transition to SOFR from Libor, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

JPMorgan Chase Bank is the administrative agent on the deal.

SiteOne is a Roswell, Ga.-based distributor of wholesale irrigation, landscape lighting, nursery, hardscapes, maintenance products and supplies for the green industry.
