Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $12.83 million of 0% digital equity notes due June 17, 2019 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes at or above 85% of its initial ETF level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,127.50 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the ETF beyond 15%.
