Swedish Export Credit plans to price three-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 15 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 6 – Swedish Export Credit Corp. plans to price new three-year registered global notes (Aa1/AA+) on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The notes due Nov. 14, 2022 are initially talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 15 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and Nomura Securities International plc are the bookrunners.

Swedish Export Credit is a Stockholm-based government-owned financial services company for the Swedish export industry.
