New Issue: Swedish Export Credit sells $1.3 billion 1.125% five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 28 bps

New York, March 28 - Swedish Export Credit Corp. priced $1.3 billion of 1.125% five-year notes on Wednesday at a spread of mid-swaps plus 28 basis points, an informed source said.
Pricing was at 99.483 to yield 1.232%.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Daiwa Securities America Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The lender to Sweden's export industry is based in Stockholm.
