Swedish Export Credit three-year global notes on deck; talk emerges

Chicago, Nov. 22 – Swedish Export Credit Corp. is on deck for Tuesday pricing of an offering of global notes, according to a market source.

Initial talk has the notes, due Nov. 28, 2025, coming in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 51 basis points area.

BofA Securities, BMO, Morgan Stanley and Scotiabank are listed as bookrunners.

Based in Stockholm, Swedish Export Credit is the lender to Sweden’s export industry.
