New Issue: JPMorgan sells $132,000 10.4% reverse exchangeables linked to Sun Microsystems

Philadelphia, Dec. 28 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $132,000 of 10.4% reverse exchangeable notes due Dec. 31, 2007 linked to Sun Microsystems, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash if Sun Microsystems stock stays at or above the protection price, 80% of the initial price of $5.51, between Dec. 26, 2006 and Dec. 26, 2007, and finishes at or above the initial price. Otherwise, the payout will be in Sun Microsystems stock, with the number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price.
