New Issue: TD Bank prices $1.95 million contingent interest buffered autocallables linked to stocks

By Taylor Fox

New York, Nov. 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.95 million of autocallable contingent interest buffered notes due Oct 26, 2023 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., MetLife, Inc., Raytheon Technologies Corp. and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each month, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 11.2268% if each stock closes at or above its interest barrier value, 70% of its initial level, on the valuation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its buffer value, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing stock beyond the buffer.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
