SPCM preps $700 million two-part dollar-denominated notes offering

Chicago, Sept. 10 – SPCM SA will use the proceeds from a new offering of bonds to redeem its $500 million outstanding 4 7/8% senior notes due 2025, according to a company announcement.

Moody’s Investors Service rated the notes Ba1 and noted that company is planning to issue $700 million of notes in two tranches due 2027 and 2031.

SPCM is the parent of Andrezieux, France-based specialty chemicals producer SNF Floerger.
