New Issue: JPMorgan sells $990,000 five-year notes on basket of two indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $990,000 of 0% notes due July 31, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the basket return, subject to a floor of par.
