New Issue: Barclays prices $2.12 million notes due 2021 linked basket of indexes

Olympia, Wash., July 18 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.12 million of 0% notes due July 16, 2021 linked to an equally-weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx Select Dividend 30 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.12 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 5%.
