Credit Suisse moves up pricing for 15-month PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch updated the pricing and settlement dates for its upcoming 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will price on Oct. 12 and settle on Oct. 17, instead of Oct. 13 and Oct. 18, respectively, as disclosed in a previous 424B2 filing.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $11.25 per PLUS. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The Cusip number is 22549D293.
