New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.01 million capped return enhanced notes on S&P 500

New York, Dec. 23 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1,006,000 of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Jan. 6, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 15.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
