New Issue: JPMorgan prices $530,000 uncapped return enhanced notes on Nasdaq, S&P
Chicago, Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $530,000 of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due Oct. 5, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.507 times the return of the least-performing index.
Investors will be fully exposed to any loss of the least-performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
