New York, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.1 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.05%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the index declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
