New Issue: Barclays prices $405,000 notes linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $405,000 of 0% notes due Nov. 20, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the lesser-performing index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 35%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
