New Issue: Barclays prices $4.12 million notes linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.12 million of 0% notes due Jan. 25, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 38%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
