New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.64 million autocallable market-linked notes linked to S&P, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., May 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.64 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due May 18, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 7.7% call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on May 16, 2023.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the laggard index. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
