Chicago, Feb. 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.17 million of callable equity-linked securities due Feb. 5, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes carry a coupon of 4% per year, payable quarterly.
The notes can be redeemed at the option of the issuer on any quarterly coupon payment date starting Feb. 3, 2023.
Investors will receive par unless the index finishes below 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to its losses.
