New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.94 million contingent coupon autocallables on two indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.94 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Jan. 30, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 6% per year if the least-performing index closes at or above its coupon barrier value, 80% of its initial share price, on the valuation date for that period, plus any previously unpaid coupon.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if the least-performing index closes at or above its initial price on any quarterly autocall date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the least-performing index finishes below its final barrier value, 80% of its initial share price, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
