New Issue: Citigroup sells $405,000 buffered digital securities on S&P 500

New York, Dec. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $405,000 of 0% buffered digital securities due Nov. 24, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15.75%. If the final level is less than the initial value, but greater than or equal to the buffer value, 83% of the initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 17%.
