Detroit, Dec. 9 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of 0% trigger gears due Dec. 8, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.225 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
If the index finishes below the 75% downside threshold, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
