New Issue: Barclays sells $4.14 million buffer gears linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, June 18 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.14 million of 0% buffer gears due June 17, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.23 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
