New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.74 million autocallable securities on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, May 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.74 million of 0% autocallable securities due May 22, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an 8% annual premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 48%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index.
