SemGroup looks to name Donahue chief restructuring officer

Pittsburgh, July 30 - SemGroup, LP requested court approval to name Lisa Donahue of AP Services, LLC as its chief restructuring officer, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition, AP Services will serve as SemGroup's crisis manager, providing interim management and restructuring services.

Donahue's services will include helping the company evaluate and implement strategic and tactical options throughout the restructuring process, the motion said.

SemGroup, a Tulsa, Okla., privately held limited partnership that provides midstream services to North America's energy industry, filed for bankruptcy on July 22. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11525.
