Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 17 - Samsung C&T Corp. priced KRW 300 billion of unsecured corporate bonds in two tranches, according to a company news release.
One tranche totals KRW 100 billion, carries a 6.79% coupon and has a tenor of three years.
The other tranche totals KRW 200 billion, has an annual interest rate of 7.09% and matures in four years.
SK Securities Co. Ltd. is the lead arranger.
The company announced plans for the bonds on Feb. 9. The settlement date was Tuesday.
Samsung C&T, formerly Samsung Corp., is a construction and trading company based in Seoul, South Korea.
