By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Jan. 29 - German arcade operator Safari Holding Verwaltungs GmbH began a roadshow on Wednesday in London for a €265 million offering of six-year senior secured floating-rate notes, according to an informed source.

The roadshow travels to the European continent later in the week, and the deal is set to price early in the week ahead.

Joint bookrunner Jefferies will bill and deliver. Credit Suisse is also a joint bookrunner.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with two years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and to repay shareholder loans.
