Rdio seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Pittsburgh, Nov. 19 – Rdio, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 17 U.S. trustee Tracy Hope Davis, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

The committee members are Joseph Hollinger of Roku, Inc. of Saratoga, Calif.; Susan Meisel of Sony Music Entertainment, based in New York; Ryan E. Davis of AXS Digital LLC of Los Angeles; Antonious Porch of Shazam Media Services of New York; Ellen Hochberg of Warner Music Group, based in New York; Joe Flores of Universal Music Group Recording of Woodland Hills, Calif.; and Denis McCarthy of Mosaic Networx LLC of Larkspur, Calif.

Rdio is a San Francisco-based licensed music service. The company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 16 under Chapter 11 case number 15-31430.
