Fitch affirms Rybnik

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the Polish city of Rybnik's national long-term rating at A(pol).

The outlook was stable.

The rating reflects Rybnik's solid operating performance, high liquidity and low indirect risk, Fitch said.

The rating also takes into account expected increase in the city's debt resulting from its investment program, which is being partly financed by the European Union, the agency said.
