New York, Nov. 18 - State-owned OJSC Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) priced a $250 million offering of five-year notes (Baa1//BBB-) at par to yield 6 7/8%, according to a market source.
The deal came in line with price guidance, which was set at the 6 7/8% area.
RSHB Capital SA issued the notes.
ABN Amro and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein were the joint bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.
