New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.73 million notes linked to three indexes, EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., April 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.73 million of 0% notes due March 28, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 102.5% of the basket return. If the final basket level is less than the initial basket level, investors will share in the decline, subject to a minimum payment of $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
